  16.  Thanks for trying MiniHelp.  MiniHelp is freeware, not shareware.
  17.  MiniHelp lets you create Windows Help topic files without an
  18.  RTF editor. It's small, fast--and limited.  But I've used it
  19.  with great success on many projects.

  22.  up with any typos or omitted words.  Better, contact me using
